If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Bottom Groove Golf, please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 60 days of the purchase date.
EXCHANGE
- To contact us about an exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, please send your request to bottomgroovegolfco@gmail.com
- Include your name and original order number and exchange request in the email
- Once you have confirmation of requested exchange item(s), we will provide the return address to return your item.
- Enclose a copy of the Invoice Slip you received order via email when you placed your order.
- Please note “exchange” on your slip.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping as well as any re-shipping from our store. Please include a pre-paid envelope or label in your return box.
REFUNDS
- If no exchange is needed, simply ship the product back as outlined below within 60 days of the purchase date
- Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order
- Please Note “refund” on your packing slip
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS: will be provided upon confirmation of return.
Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.
